Interesting technology
Gizmodo, the outstanding gadget buzz blog, had a great post about an interesting, if not new, technology. The Comtek RC-216 Wireless Cueing system is a wireless transmitter which allows you to hide a tiny earpiece in your ear canal and receive messages from a remote location. It's useful if you are in broadcasting, the secret service, or if you need to cheat in a very important debate. There is a small rectangular piece that you'd need to conceal somewhere, for example between the shoulder blades. However, if you're planning to do this you should be sure that you don't allow photographs of your back.
(vi) The camera located at the rear of the stage shall be used only to take shots of the moderator.
This way (hopefully)the press won't be able to see the bulge in your back. (If they do like you told them to and don't take pictures of your back).

Finally, if you get caught be sure not to directly address the issue. Get your aides to handle it, and have them say that it's "Ridiculous". If that doesn't cut it, get your tailor to tell the press that it's a 'pucker' and hope nobody with high-definition screens notices the wires leading up to your neck from the 'pucker'. Hope that nobody devotes a blog to the issue, and hope that the blog created doesn't get so much traffic that the server gets overloaded. Hope that the bloggers don't do to you what they did to Trent Lott and 60 Minutes.
