This week's edition of The New Yorker: Fact is continuing the stinging, painful indictment of Rummy and the defense department. Basically, Rumsfeld and even Dubya knew exactly what was going on at Abu Ghraib and didn't lift a finger to stop it. Why? Because they specifically authorized it. We can kiss the Geneva Conventions goodbye in WWIII thanks to them. Good job, guys.
Posted by Barry at May 15, 2004 11:49 PM | TrackbackThe Geneva Conventions were for sissies anyways. All this fluff about not torturing people. On another note this is the third weekend in a row that my paper has not been delivered. Hmmmm I smell conspiracy. Where was Rummy this Sunday morning? Hmmm possibly jacking my damn paper. You can't keep me silent W.
