Slashdot has an article about the SCO vs IBM case. Apparently the judge is demanding that SCO put up (the evidence), or shut up. An interesting discussion follows about something I've suspected all along: that the SCO suit is tailored to convince foolish investors that SCO has a leg to stand on, thus elevating the price of the stock as the insiders are shorting it. link.
