ThemeXP pretty much rocks. It's got a huge free collection of desktops wallpaper, Visual Styles, Logins, and Boot Screens for souping up your Windows XP.

that site is so awesome that i installed the music pirate boot screen and had to restart my computer 12 times in safe mode before finally being able to get back in to repair the damage. maybe ill just stick to pimping hos for now.
